Teddy Vejar

Teddy "Like the Bear" Vejar is a former train conductor for the Union Pacific Rail Road. He left that job to pursue his other passion, the gratuitous consumption of tacos. For the first five years of running the Food Truck and Restaurant Teddy personally sold every single item of food made by us. After all these years, he is happy to report that tacos are still his favorite food and his future goals include seeing the world and a Scrooge McDuck dip in a vault full of Tacos.
